The Mysteries and Chitchat friend, Beth (see blog link) pretty much covered our whirlwind weekend but this picture from the Mill City Farmers Market caught my eye as that is my maiden name and my brother thinks it looks like his cooler! It is a lovely farmers market right next to the Mississippi River and Guthrie theater. It was fun to reminisce over the views from the Endless Bridge at Guthrie about where familiar things were from the 1960s - Flour Exchange Building (where Beth worked), St. Anthony Main, NE Mpls where Peggy lived, train depot where we all took trains to various locations as we did not own cars then.

Beth, Peg and me on the Endless Bridge with view of "Pillsbury's Best Flour" in the background. Our friend Judy was misled by Mapquest and finally gave up after trying to meet us for lunch! I don't blame her as I would most likely have done the very same thing.

At the Market again after Peggy's lavendar purchase - a bit of France in Minneapolis.

The three of us in my backyard once again - July 23-25 2010 is our All Class All School City-Wide weekend in our little hometown of Red Lake Falls (pop. approximately 1250). We are already talking about this Great National Event.
We had a super time and super good food this weekend and
Voila! - I did not have to cook.
