Great Day!

It's 10pm in Amsterdam and I have had a 13 hour day now.  In brief with more stories later.  This is our "appetizer for 2" at dinner and it was deeeeeeeelicious!

 On the way home we are following these two carrying a mattress to somewhere.  Mostly bikes and feet and trams to get around here and it looks like a lot of healthy people.

My restaurant choice tonight and I reserved far ahead.  We had the greatest dessert and our waitress said she would have her mom email me the recipe.  Her mom and dad own the place and their last name is Vlaming!!!  It has maybe 10 tables.
