8:30am - waiting for Brian to arrive! Front porch of 1508 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach - our rental for a week.....no grass to mow .....only a couple palm trees to water now and then. Works for me!!!!
So "Unka Brian" arrives in his '65 Corvette Convertible to pick up "Big Al" aka Alex Jones for breakfast. Lucy, Ross and Dee follow in the big rental car - met at Woody's Diner where Mark, another patron, gave Brian an offer to trade his new Porsche for the 'Vette even up. No way - Brian says this happens all the time. Alex was in Vette Heaven.

Had a great time tonight - baby brother Brian met at our house, we walked to downtown Seal Beach (remember this is my favorite town in the world) for dinner at Hennessey's (2 for l burgers on Tuesdays) and it was great. Left there and headed out on foot to Seal Beach Pier - 3rd time today to see the crescent moon. All in all just a few blocks to do all of this! Life is good indeed.
