Got to bed at 2am woke up at 6:30am ready to hit the streets of Beijing. It's a beautiful sunny day and we met our travel direction Anne who said it is a "gift from God" to have this clear sky.
I tried to Facebook - no luck - tried to blog - no luck so googled and found out all this is banned in China but we found a way to pay just a few $ and beat the system:).

Free newspaper today - back on track with my daily news fix!
Since we have a free day until the meet and greet dinner tonight Ross and I are now headed to Tian Anmen (correct spelling according to city map) Square and walk around. More later. It's a brand new adventure. we had a great breakfast of a few Asian foods and an omelet "just in case" - huge buffet spread included with room. 3 cups of good coffee - good to go!
