Radiation is DONE for Amy and to celebrate we had a lovely lunch at Uptown Cafeteria at Hennepin and Lake! Picture of Chris, Amy's Dad Paul, Amy, Dee, Ross - on the rooftop of the restaurant overlooking the Mpls Skyline - While at lunch the discussion goes to brain function and especially memory loss in the aging population - Paul says he has RAM (computer term) we decided his memory is pretty Random with little Access and Zero Memory - got a problem there.

What's next? this is my parking permit for Radiation - Amy has one too - we are going to have a burning party - want to join us????? Amy got a diploma today and if you check her Caring Bridge site you will see the specifics of what it says. As Ross says: She is a trooper! Lucy would say Kinda Becausssssssssssss!!!! and then nothing after that! Alex would say: Great Job Mom! Chris is always there no matter what and how could that be better!!
My gift to Amy: A DQ gift card and a pack of post-it notes with a ditzy looking girl saying "I Miss My Brain" - she laughed - you have to understand my sense of humor which most of you reading this know very well. Asked where I found this: Where else but Tahlequah Oklahoma in June. Yesterday while out on our travels she told me something - my answer: That's a No-Brainer - she looks at me - says that's not funny - and we laugh!

What is next you ask? This is my invitation to the birthday party for Rooke (turning 3 in August - likes mud) and Jenny (turning 34 in a couple weeks) - also liked mud and blue frosting. Can't wait to see them - we plan to have a sleepover with the 3 short ones (Alex, Rooke and Lucy) - watch your local paper for older people wandering the streets late at night!
