Today is 19 June 2023 - Monday.
We left home June 12 - flight cancelled until next day and suitcases stored at airport overnight and on to Paris. Big mess with "techical issues" at that airport but finally left and guess what???? My suitcase went missing for 6 days but as they say in Minnesota "I'm not complaining - it could be worse:):) - lots of stories later!!!
So - update. With my bag missing for 6 days I figured I could wash my one piece of underwear well in the sink and hang it on the desk lamp to dry. Worked great and someone else with a bag missing started doing the same thing!
Finally did a little shopping trip as after about 4 days I decided to get a few things and spend $110 on 3 shirts, pair of slacks, underwear and socks. What a deal and after many weeks was reimbursed by Air France.
Great lunch place right across the street from our hotel and with our best travel friends we met in 2016 Greg and Linda and we have taken at least 10 trips together - we are Minnesota and they are Pennsylvania.
Coach museum in Lisbon - wow they were amazing and there was even one to transfer prisoners that you could not see into.
Lots of Gold to carry the royalty - wow!
