It's 10 October 2024 and 9:20am at home and 4:20pm in Bavaria Germany. The Grannies arrived here 5 October and are staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in southern Bavaria.
When I get home I will catch up but we are doing great and yesterday made it it to the "top of Germany" Zugspitze at 9718 feet elevation by walking, train, cable car, cogwheel train and a little climbing on snow. Lots of walking, lots of cows, bulls and goats and sheep! More later! We'll be heading home October 16 after 4 nights in Zaandam, Netherlands.
